Tom Visaggio - Principal
Thomas Visaggio is a licensed real estate broker and the Principal of Viza Property Management. He has extensive experience managing and executing over 50 transactions across single-family, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties, involving hundreds of residential units throughout New Jersey.
His work spans the full property life cycle, including acquisition, entitlements, redevelopment, leasing, and ongoing asset management. He brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to operations and investment strategy, with a focus on long-term value creation.
Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Montclair State University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. He currently serves on the Planning Board for the Borough of Little Ferry, contributing to municipal planning and development review.

Tyler Olivieri - Leasing Director
Tyler Olivieri serves as Head of Leasing and New Business Development at Viza Property Management, a role he has held for over two years. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tyler is dedicated to delivering seamless leasing experiences that consistently exceed client expectations. In addition to managing all leasing operations, he identifies growth opportunities, forges strategic partnerships, and drives the company’s expansion efforts. Tyler’s mission is to build a vibrant, service-oriented community at Viza Property Management—one defined by innovation, personalized care, and enduring relationships that set a new standard of excellence in residential living.
Tyler is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Chandler Olivieri - Resident Manager
Chandler oversees Contractor Coordination and Accounting at Viza Property Management. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Chandler ensures that maintenance and repair workflows run smoothly while managing all financial transactions and invoicing. He works closely with vendors to secure competitive bids, tracks project budgets, and manages owner billings through Buildium. Chandler’s expertise in finance and his meticulous attention to detail enable Viza to deliver cost-effective, transparent services, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
